Why did you start working at Hitta.se?

–      I’ve always enjoyed working at Hitta as it has always allowed me to learn by tinkering with all parts of the system. So it was natural for me to look for another opportunity at Hitta after I left a while for a startup experience.

What do you do on Hitta.se?

–      My main focus nowadays is infrastructure and making sure that Hitta runs at its best.

How would you describe life on Hitta.se?

–      In few words, it’s fun, collaborative, challenging, flexible, and the development team feels like family to me.

How do you develop on Hitta.se, on a personal level?

–      While you, as an individual, need to push your own career at Hitta, there are plenty of opportunities and you are encouraged to do so. We get to work with people that have substantial knowledge of various topics, so we develop as a team, and as individuals.

Tell us about an exciting challenge at Hitta!

–      Optimizing the start page to get the best score possible in Google for performance. It was a team effort over multiple domains, but the end result was incredible!

Last but not least, what do you do outside of Hitta.se?

–      I enjoy spending time with friends, doing powerlifting and strongman events at my gym, and climbing from time to time.

What do you do to get more energy and fun in your free time?

–      Any sports where you have to get to compete against your old self. It’s great to see progress.
